In response to the notice ordered, a counter affidavit has been filed by the 2nd respondent stating that in compliance with the order of this Court in W.P.No.7487 of 2009, the writ petitioners were reinstated into service and the arrears of salaries to which they were entitled to have also been paid. The said fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the writ petitioners.
Hence, no further enquiry is necessary and the Contempt Case is accordingly closed. No costs.
