When the matter had come up on 10.03.2010, none appeared for the revision petitioner, and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption “For dismissal”. Even today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the revision petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
