JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed against the docket order, dated 15-09-2005 in O.P.Sr.No.9646 of 2005, on the file of the Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.
2. None appears for the appellants. Heard the counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.
3. Ms.Vani Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 stated that wife filed O.P. before the Judge, Family Court seeking maintenance out of the retirement benefits of her husband and the same was returned for presentation before the proper Court. In the meantime, the 1st respondent herein retired from service and all the retirement benefits have been withdrawn. Therefore, nothing survives in this appeal.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed leaving open all the remedies available to the appellants under law. No order as to costs.
