ORDER:
Though the matter made come up earlier on 11-03-2010, none appeared and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed to today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today also, when the matter has come up, none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the forenoon and afternoon.
2. Having obtained stay, it is for the petitioner to prosecute the case. But, in spite of giving opportunities, the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the case.
3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default with costs vacating the stay granted by this Court.
