The Receiver stated no objection to issue an account payee cheque in favour of the applicant herein on behalf of the respondents. None appears for the respondents. Hence, issue account payee cheque in favour of Chand Sultana D/o Late Kiffayatunnisa Begum, into the credit of her savings bank account along with accrued interest if it is a fixed deposit.
Accordingly, the petition is ordered. No costs.
