This Court by order dated 22.06.2009, granted interim stay of arrest of the revision petitioner, subject to condition of depositing half of the E.P. claim within four weeks.
When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to my notice that the said order could not be complied with by the petitioner. Hence, the matter deserves no consideration by this Court and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
