O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed alleging that the first respondent is interfering with the petitioner’s possession and ownership of the property in an extent of 101 sq. yards bearing Nos.1-63/1 and 1- 63/1/1 in Sy.No.39, Kothaguda village, Ranga Reddy District.
The first respondent has filed a counter affidavit clearly and unequivocally denying each and every allegation in the writ petition.
In the aforesaid circumstances, no case is made out for interference. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
