Ms. R. Anasuya, advocate representing Sri K.S. Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners no longer survives for adjudication, as the power supply of the petitioners as disconnected, has since been restored. In view of the submission, no further orders are required to be passed.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as ‘infructuous’. No costs.
