Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction, preferably a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not supplying Motor Spirit/Unleaded petrol and High Speed Diesel to the petitioner firm's outlet situated at Pendumuru Cross, Murakambattu, Chittoor Mandal and District as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India as well as principles of Natural justice and consequently direct the respondent to supply the said products to the petitioner firm outlet stated above and to pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper.
