Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue writ or direction preferably writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings issued by respondent No.1 vide Lr.No.ADE/DIX/CIII/AEI Hussainialam, section 80 D.NO. 70 dt.10-8-2000 and Assessment notice No. ADE/DTX/DIE/Direct/D.No.396/2000 dt. 18-9-2000 are illegal, arbitrary, and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of new connection to his premises bearing No.20-3-578/B Taramaidan, Hussainialam, Hyderabad.
