Petition under Section 151 of CPC praying that the High Court may be pleased to pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings in O.P.No.461/2004 on the fie of the Family Court at Hyderabad pending disposal of Tr.C.M.P.No.133 of 2005 presented to the High Court to withdraw the O.P.No. 461/2004 from the file of the Family Court , Hyderabad and the same may be transferred to Family Court at Warangal or any other court in Warangal to be tried alongwith MC.No.3/2005 .
The Court while directing issue of notice to the respondents herein to show cause why this application should not be complied with made the following Order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case.)
