Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted a copy of the order No. F (71/DME/Acad./SR/NOC/2025-00682/2042), dated 01.12.2025, issued by the Office of Commissioner, Medical Education Department. The said order reads as under:-

राजमेपीजीएवंसुपरसेनशयनलटीकेअभनररयोंदारादोवररकेसनवरस बॉणकीअनुपालनाकीजातीहै।उकअभनररयोंकोकेदसरकारअरवाराज सरकारमेचयनहोनेपरजोंइननंगहेतुअनापनतपमाणपत (NOC) एवंबॉणमे छूटकीमांगकीजातीहै।इससंबंधमेराजसानसेवाननयमोंकेअनुसारयह ननदरशनशतनकयाजाताहैनकयनद "कोईअभररकेनीयसरकार, राजसरकारों, पूणररपसेअरवाआनशकरपसेकेनीयसरकारअरवाराजसरकारदारा अनधकृतसंसानअरवाअननकसीअरर-राजकीयसंगठनमेननयोजनपापकरने हेतुराजसेवाछोडदेताहै, तोउसपरभरेहएबांडकीशतरपभावीनहींहोगी" के अनुसारअनापनतपमाणपत (NOC) एवंरॉणमेछूटदीजावेगी।

Referring to the said order, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as the petitioners herein, have been issued an appointment order dated 12.08.2022 by the Health Department, Government of Haryana, hence, in light of the order dated 01.12.2025, the petitioners deserve to be exempted from the bond conditions furnished by them to the State Government. 3. The fact that the petitioners were issued the appointment order dated 12.08.2022 by the Health Department, Government of Haryana, is not disputed by the counsel for the respondent.

Accordingly, considering the order dated 01.12.2025 issued by the Officer of Commissioner, Medical Education Department,

State of Rajasthan, the present writ petition is allowed with the direction to the respondents not to bind the petitioners with the terms and conditions of the bond furnished by them and to release the documents and NOC of the petitioners forthwith.
