The defects pointed out by the registry stand overruled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, confines his submissions to the limited extent that the application filed by the petitioner before the respondents seeking grant of temporary NOC for B.Sc. Nursing course may be processed and decided in a time bound manner, as any further delay in consideration of the same would deprive the petitioner from running the course.

Considering the limited submission so made, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to decide the
