“i) By issuing an appropriate writ, order or direction the counseling for admission in MBBS in Geetanjali Medical College being done from 27th of July to 30th July 2011 on the basis of PC PMT-2011 be quashed and setasided and the respondents be directed to hold the re-counseling by following tripe test of transparency and the law and recommendations being held by the Rajasthan High Court in judgment 31/3/2011 passed in S.B.C.W. No. 9952/2009 for eradicating impersonations and for checking illegalities in medical admissions with all consequential benefits and petitioners be given admission in MBBS course in Geetanjali Medical College as per their merit with all consequential benefits.
ii) By an another appropriate writ, order or direction an inquiry be ordered to be done by CBI or CID-CB or by any other authority and the persons indulged in corruption and illegalities be ordered to be punished appropriately.
iii) Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem think fit and proper may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners.
iv) Costs of the writ petition may kindly be awarded in favour of the petitioners.”
