Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the matter pertains to repayment of agricultural loan borrowed by the petitioner from respondent No.1 – Bank and the same has been waived off by the respondent No.1 – Bank and even his client is not in contact and thus, in light of these facts, the writ petition may be disposed of.
Taking note of the submissions so made, nothing further survives in the matter and accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
