Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, confines his submissions to the limited extent that the application filed by the petitioner before the respondents seeking grant of temporary NOC for B.Sc. Nursing course may be processed and decided in a time bound manner, as any further delay in consideration of the same would deprive the petitioner from running the course.

Considering the limited submission so made, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to decide the application filed by the petitioner for seeking grant of temporary NOC for the course mentioned therein, strictly in accordance with law and after taking into consideration all the requisites which are required to be complied with by the petitioner – Institution within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition as well as stay application stands disposed of.

Needless to say that the said direction is only to decide the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and does not indicate a direction to decide the application in any particular manner.
