After attempting to argue the matter on merit for quite some time, learned counsels have submitted that they do not want to press these applications for suspension of sentence.

The applications for suspension of sentence are, therefore, dismissed as not pressed.
It is pointed out that while dismissing the second application for suspension of sentence of appellant-Pawan Kumar, this Court has ordered for listing the appeal for final hearing in August 2021, however, the same has not been listed thereafter.
In view of the above, list the appeals for hearing on 11th October, 2023, as prayed.
