Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that though, father of the appellantapplicant is getting chemotherapy for his ailment, however, as per the report of the Gram Panchayat concerned, two major brothers of the appellant-applicant are there in the family to take care of their father.
In view of the above, we are not inclined to grant this application for suspensions of sentence filed on behalf of the appellant-applicant and the same is dismissed as such.
