Learned Public Prosecutor has furnished the factual report prepared by the SHO, Police Station Bhirani District Hanumangarh, wherein it is mentioned that all the three appellants, namely, Jagmal S/o Shri Chand, Ram Swaroop S/o Jagmal and Krishan S/o Jagmal have died.
Along with the factual report, certificates issued by the Gram Panchayat, Chidiyagandhi, Tehsil Bhadra, District Hanumangarh dated 23.08.2023 verifying the factum of death of all the above-named appellants have been annexed.
In view of the fact that all the above-named three appellants have died, the instant criminal appeal is dismissed as abated.
