This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the order dated 25.10.2012 passed by this Court in DB Civil Writ petition (PIL) No.12720/2011 has not been complied with.

It is alleged that this Court, while taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the respondents, vide order dated 25.10.2012, has directed that let in future, the respondents shall supply the syllabus at the time of initiation of recruitment process and shall also put the question papers on website in case, they are not permitted to carried by the candidates and shall also publish the model key answers of objective type questions, if any, on their website before or at the time of declaration of the result.
It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the above referred directions given by this Court have not been complied with.
Reply to the contempt petition is filed on behalf of the respondents while claiming that the directions given by this Court vide order dated 25.10.2012 have been fully complied with.
During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has frankly admitted that the directions given by this Court are more or less substantially been complied with by the respondents.
In view of the above, we are of the opinion that since the directions given by this Court have been substantially complied with, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition and the same is disposed of.
Notices are discharged.
