The petitioner has preferred interim bail application on the ground that marriage of his nephew/niece is schedule to take place on 25.01.2023.
This Court directed learned Public Prosecutor to call for the verification report from the SHO concerned.
As per the verification report received from SHO, Police Station Jaswantgarh, District Nagaur marriage scheduled on 25.01.2023 is already over and there is no other marriage scheduled in the family.
The interim bail application, thus, is dismissed as having become infructuous.
