her house in the night around 12:00 to 1:00 AM and committed rape upon her. In the statements recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she has stated that on 15.12.2022 while she was sleeping at her house, at around 12’o clock, there was some noise outside and that when she went out of her house she saw the accused who was drunk, who then caught hold of her and took her far away and committed rape upon her.
