Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after passing the order dated 1.12.2017 under consideration, the writ petition itself has been decided on 12.4.2018 for which the contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid, the contempt petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
