Learned counsel for the resopndents-contemnors submits that the requisite compliance of the order dated 10.8.2017 has been made by the respondents. In this regard, he has placed on record Annexure-R/3 along with unconditional apology for the delay in doing the needful.
In view of the aforesaid and in light of unconditional apology tendered by the respondents-contemnors, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt petition.
