Mr. Dinesh Ojha, learned counsel appearing for the respondents-contemnors informs that the order dated 16.12.2013, non-compliance whereof has been alleged, has been subsequently modified by the Division Bench vide order dated 5.2.2018 passed in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.1304/2014 : State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Prabhu Dayal as under :
“We dispose of the appeal modifying the direction issued in the impugned order dated 16.12.2013 by declaring that case of the respondent would be screened by the Screening Committee and semi-

permanent and permanent status be accorded in terms of the decision of the Screening Committee.”
He further informs that screening of the petitioner has been done on 14.5.2018 and his candidature has been rejected.
In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt petition, as requisite compliance of the order as modified by the Division Bench has been made.
Notices of contempt are hereby discharged.
The contempt petition stands disposed of for statistical purposes.
