Learned counsel for the respondents submits that due compliance of the order dated 17.01.2017 passed by this Court has been made.
In support of such assertion, sanction letter dated 14.03.2018 and the receipt have been filed.
In view of the aforesaid and looking to the unconditional apology tendered by the respondents – contemnors, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the present contempt petition.
Notices of contempt petition is hereby discharged.
The present contempt petition is disposed of for statistical purposes.
