Learned counsel appearing for the rival parties are ad-idem that the compliance of the order dated 19.05.2013 passed by this Court has been made.
A copy of the order dated 12.06.2018 has been placed along with the reply to the petition.
In view of the aforesaid and in light of unconditional apology tendered by the respondents-contemnors in the reply, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt petition.
Notices of contempt are hereby discharged.
The contempt petition stands disposed of for statistical purposes.
