Dr. Jaya Dadhich, appearing for the petitioner informs that the suit from which the present writ petition emanates itself has been decided, for which the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
She however, prays for liberty to take all the grounds including the challenge to the impugned orders dated 11.01.2017, 06.10.2017 & 13.10.2017 in the appeal, if filed against the final judgment and decree.
The writ petition is dismissed with a liberty as aforesaid.
