Mr. Dinesh Pal Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.6 submits that writ petition filed by the petitioner being S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10452/2017, itself has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 26.10.2018.
In this view of the matter, I am not inclined to proceed with the present contempt petition, which alleges violation of interim order dated 25.08.2017, passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10452/2017.
Notices of contempt petition are hereby discharged.
The present contempt petition is disposed of for statistical purposes.
