Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 589/2010 registered at Police Station Jawahar Circle, Jaipur (Rajasthan) for offence under Sections 399, 402, of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, 1959.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, although, petitioner had jumped bail but now he is in custody since 05.09.2018.
Learned State counsel has opposed the petition and has submitted that the petitioner has jumped bail for the second time.
Since, petitioner has jumped bail for the second time, no ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
Dismissed.
