Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No.170/2018 registered at Police Station Govindgarh, District Alwar for offences under Sections 420, 406, 499, 500 & 120-B Indian Penal Code, 1860.
On 10.09.2018 following order was passed by this court:-

"Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is a delay of one and half months in lodging the FIR. The person who has lodged the FIR under Section 376 IPC against the son of the complainant, has not been arrayed as an accused in the present case. Son of the complainant had arrived at a compromise with the person who had lodged FIR against him under Section 376 IPC.
List again on 22.10.2018. In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioners be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioners shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973"
Learned state counsel who is assisted by the counsel for the complainant, has opposed the petition, but has submitted that in terms of the order dated 10.09.2018 petitioners have joined investigation.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation, interim bail granted to the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 10.09.2018, is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
