Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439(2) Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking cancellation of bail in F.I.R. No.244/2018 registered at Police Station Shyam Nagar, Jaipur Metropolitan for offences under Sections 420, 406 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Heard.
Anticipatory bail was granted by the Sessions Court vide impugned order dated 3.7.2018. Thereafter, challan has been presented in the court and respondent no.2 has been released on regular bail. Dispute between the parties relates to execution of agreement to sell.
In view of the above facts, no ground for cancellation of bail granted to respondent no.2 is made out.
Dismissed.
