Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No.185/2017 registered at Police Station Pahadi, District Bharatpur for offences under Section 376 Indian Penal Code, 1860.

"Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady aged about 65 years. Present FIR is an outcome of Matrimonial discord between the parties.

List again on 15.12.2018. In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioner shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C."

Learned state counsel has submitted that in pursuance

to the above order petitioner has joined investigation.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2018, is made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
