Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has undergone about three months of actual sentence out of one year.
Learned State counsel has opposed the petition.
Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has undergone about three months of actual sentence, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, application is allowed. Sentence qua imprisonment of the petitioner shall remain suspended during the pendency of the petition. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
