The instant writ restoration application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer for restoring S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7470/2016 to its original number, which was dismissed pursuant to the peremptory order dated 08.05.2017 passed by this Court.
It is averred in the instant writ restoration application that the notice of the respondent No.4 of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7470/2016 could not be filed under the impression that it is a proforma respondent and on account of that the aforementioned writ petition was dismissed in default.
After taking into consideration the averments made in the
