This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner-society essentially being aggrieved with the order dated 09.07.2015 passed by the Registrar, Co-Operative, Societies, Jaipur, whereby the percentage of share money charged by the petitioner-society is re-determined.
Learned counsel for the petitioner-society has submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the Registrar, Co-

Operative Societies again re-determined the percentage of share money charged by the petitioner-society vide another order dated 09.05.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner-society has, therefore, submitted that in view of the issuance of the order dated 09.05.2016, the challenge of the petitioner-society to the earlier order dated 09.07.2015 has become infructuous.
However, learned counsel for the petitioner-society has submitted that in this writ petition, this Court vide order dated 23.11.2015 has ordered that the respondents may not take any coercive action against the petitioner-society pursuant to the Annexs.-2 and other orders, the petitioner-society has not deposited the percentage of share money with the respondents till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner-society has, therefore, submitted that liberty be granted to petitioner-society to move appropriate representation before the Registrar, Co-Operative Societies, Jaipur to grant relaxation in depositing of the percentage of share money, which the petitioner-society has not deposited till date.
Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection if such liberty is granted to the petitioner-society.
Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
Stay petition also stands dismissed.
