The instant application has been preferred by the petitioner with a prayer for restoring S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12896/15 to its original number.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the peremptory order dated 25.03.2017 passed by this Court in aforesaid writ petition was skipped from his knowledge and therefore the defects could not be removed. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the defects pointed out by the Registry in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12896/15 will be removed during the course of the day.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant restoration application is allowed and S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12896/15 is restored to its original number.
