Vs State of Rajasthan & Ors. in SB Civil Writ Petition No.9461/2015 along with other connected matters decided on 26th August, 2015 The representation aforesaid may be considered by the respondents in the light of the judgment supra.
In view of the limited prayer, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for so as the stay application.
