Mr RP Saini – for petitioner/s BY THE COURT:
Learned counsel prays for liberty to make a representation to the respondents for grant of increase in salary by 10% in the light of the circular dated 22.5.2015 and 27.6.2014 at annexures-6 and 7 respectively. It is stated that the controversy aforesaid came up for consideration before this court in number of cases which had already been decided. In any case, petitioner/s would make a representation for its consideration by referring those judgments and the circulars which may then be considered by the respondents within time frame.
In view of the prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner/s to make a representation in regard to their grievance. The petitioner/s would be at liberty to refer the circulars so as the judgments on the subject by enclosing copies thereof. On receipt of the representation, respondents are directed to examine grievance of the petitioner/s and decide representation by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of its receipt.
