respondent University submitted that the petitioner has been permitted to appear in third counseling and subject to availability of the seat and merit and category of the petitioner, he shall be allotted college.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present petition be disposed of in terms of the statement made by Mr. R.A. Katta, the learned counsel for the respondent.
