Mr. Akbar Khan on behalf of Mr. M.A. Khan, for the respondent.
The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that on
7.12.2015, the co-ordinate Bench had passed the following order:-
“Heard.
Issue notice. Waive service on respondent No.1, 2 and 3, as Mr. Akbar Khan enters appearance on behalf of the respondent No.1, 2 and 3.
In addition, learned counsel for the petitioner would furnish two sets of the paper book along with the annexures thereto, to Mr. Akbar Khan, counsel for the respondents, who may complete his instructions by the next date, including filing of the counter affidavit, if so advised.
Notices be issued to the respondent No.4. In addition, learned counsel for the petitioner would furnish a copy of the writ application along with annexures thereto, to Mr. S.K. Gupta, AAG, counsel for the Staterespondent, who may also complete his instructions including filing of short reply by the next date, if so advised.”
