State of Rajasthan & Ors. in SB Civil Writ Petition No.3926/2013 decided on 26.04.2013 . The representation aforesaid may be considered by the respondents in the light of the judgments supra.
In view of the limited prayer, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty sought for so as the stay application.
