र९ाथ�गण की ओर से यह दािण्डक िविवध यािचका धारा 482 दण्ड र९िरढ़या संिहता के अन्तगर्त र९स्तुत की गयी है, िजसके माध्यम से पुिलस थाना टोडा रायिसह िजला ट�क पर पंजीब� र९थम सूचना िरपोटर् संख्या 182/2008 को अपास्त िकये जाने की र९ाथर्ना की गयी है।
र९ाथ�गण के िव�ान अिधव्व ा की र९ाथर्ना है िक र९ाथ�गण �ारा इस यािचका म� उठाये गये तथ्य� एवं िविधसम्मत िबन्दु� को िवचारण न्यायालय के सम्ष उपयु्व अवसर पर उठाने की स्वतंर७ता र९दान की जावे।
िव�ान लोक अिभयोजक ने इसका िवरोध िकया।
