Status report by way of affidavit of Rajesh Kumar Chhiber, PPS, Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Rural, District Patiala on behalf of respondent No.1-State has been placed on record. List on 20.11.2024. It is clarified that if the petitioner still remains absent, this Court shall dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. It is further clarified that pendency of this petition shall be in-consequential.”
Today also, the petitioner is absent despite pass over.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. All
pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
