The matter pertains to the yea r 2016.
Perusal of the order sheets r e veals that notice of motion in the presen t case was issued by a co-ord i nate Bench of this Court vide order date d 16.04.2018. Thereafter, noti c e could not be issued to the responden t for want of process-fee and th e matter was adjourned for next 02 dates f o r the said purpose i.e. on 07.0 9 .2018 and 19.02.2020. Further, on 29.04.2022 and 18.08.2023 when this c ase was listed for hearing, the same was adjourned at the request of lea r ned counsel for the applicant; whereas o n the last date of hearing on 20. 0 2.2024, the applicant had gone un-represe n ted.
Today for the 2nd tim e , the applicant has gone un-represe n ted, therefore, it can safely be presumed that the applicant or her couns e l is no more interested in p ursuing the instant Criminal Miscellan e ous Application.
In view of the above, the i n stant Criminal Miscellaneous Applicatio n , is dismissed for non-prosecut i on.
