Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that in view of the nature of prayer made, the present writ petition would not survive and has already become infructuous due to efflux of time. He further submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
A close perusal of the record and prayer made by the petitioner would show that the writ of mandamus was being sought restraining the respondents from purchasing the land in village Rahon, for the purpose of construction of Warehouse Corporation Godown.
