Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that since the petitioner has been provided alternate premises to run the school and the management has already shifted to the alternate premises after vacating the premises in question, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such. He has also placed on record a copy of the resolution dated 19.12.2003 and a recent communication dated 18.12.2013, which are placed on record as 'Mark A and Mark B' respectively.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.1, the instant writ petition is ordered to be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
