The Registry has listed this petition with a note that the aforesaid writ petitions (CWP Nos. 8558 and 8559 of 1997) were decided by this Court vide common judgment dated 3.10.1997, passed in CWP No. 8905 of 1997.
Learned counsel for the parties very fairly concede that the controversy involved in this writ petition has already been decided by this Court vide the aforesaid common judgment.
In view of the aforesaid conceded position, for the reasons
