The petitioner, who has been allotted SCO Site No.T-6, Sector-I, IMT, Manesar, Gurgaon, filed the instant writ petition for issuance of a writ seeking directions to the respondent to provide basic amenities to the petitioner's site, like supply of electricity, street light and footpath etc.
Learned counsel for the respondent states that during the pendency of the present writ petition, petitioner has sold the site in question and he has already moved an application to the respondent seeking permission to sell the said site. Learned counsel further states that the permission is likely to be granted to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to controvert this fact as the petitioner has not approached him.

In view of the said fact, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous with a liberty to the petitioner
to get it restored, if so, advised.
