The petitioner who is undergoing life imprisonment in District Jail, Narnaul, for the offence of murder has filed this application for issuance of direction to respondents to consider his case for releasing him on parole for four weeks to get his sons admitted in school. It has been stated that in this regard an application, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure P-2, has been filed but the same has not been considered and decided so far.
In view of this fact, after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of this petition with direction to respondent No. 2 to forward the application to District Magistrate, Rewari, respondent No. 3, who will decide the same in accordance with law.
